Outside of design, I am a part-time yoga instructor. Yoga and meditation have been wonderful complements to my design world. I believe that these mindfulness-based practices not only assist in deeper clarity and enhanced creativity, but they are beneficial in maintaining productive collaborations and communications. I have also been specifically trained in wellness-based techniques for work environments. Having these tools as methods to energize, re-focus, and simultaneously relax has enabled me to find profitable habits to support a healthy and efficient work style. I enjoy sharing these helpful findings with friends, family, coworkers and all who are interested!
